United Methodist Women
UNITED METHODIST WOMEN (UMW)
The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
NEW HOPE UNITED METHODIST WOMEN
The United Methodist Women's unit at the New Hope location is presided over by President Miriam Hilgardner. New Hope also has one Circle called the Susanna Circle.
IMMANUEL UNITED METHODIST WOMEN
The United Methodist Women's unit Immanuel is under the leadership of President Joni White.
All women in the church are invited to attend. You may join UMW directly or join a women’s Circle and you are automatically a UMW member.
The Circles provide a great small group opportunity while the General Meetings allow you to get to know many women in the church and be active in ministries on a larger scale. For more information, please call the church (859) 341-5330 or send an e-mail to: office@immanuelumc.org.
We will put you in touch with someone from UMW who can assist you in learning more about how to get involved.
