The Staff Parish Relations Committee serves as the human relations committee of Immanuel and serves the congregation as the linkage for appointing, evaluating and encouraging both the appointed staff and the non-appointed staff of Immanuel.

The appointed staff at Immanuel are:

• Kelly McClendon, Senior Pastor
• Steve Pescosolido, Associate Pastor
• G. Ken Easley, Pastor of Formation
• Susan Eaton, Youth Pastor

Appointments are made by the Bishop on an annual basis with service generally starting on July 1.

The rest of the staff at Immanuel are  non-appointed.
