Eric has been leading churches since 1991. Eric has served churches in Louisville, and Elizabethtown, KY. and most recently, he served as Associate Pastor for Development at Immanuel UMC, in Lakeside Park. Immanuel brought Eric on board for the purpose of beginning a new faith community elsewhere in Northern Kentucky. The Grace campus in Independence is a growing campus with many people coming to know Christ through his pastorate.

Eric's tremendous warmth and down to earth style helps him to powerfully and practically communicate biblical truth that applies to our life today. Eric's background and training is not only in Divinity, but also in Marriage and Family Therapy, and he has a heart for helping families experience God's amazing and healing grace! Eric is an ordained minister of the United Methodist Church, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a Master of Divinity Degree, and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Eric and Kathy have been happily married since 1990, and have three children, Ashley, Jacob, and Hannah.
